Delivery
My artworks are in stock and ready to ship within 3-5 days.
Once I have received your payment I will send it to you.
For framed works I prefer pickup at my studio, but if shipping is needed I can provide a custom delivery on request, with a carrier of your preference. [info@manonnavarro.nl] Shipping costs are not included in this price.
In case you purchased an artwork with a custom made frame, delivery time can take longer. If so you’ll receive an estimate of the delivery date.
It is always possible and even preferred to pick up the artwork at my studio and have a cup of tea or a nice chat. Please send an email to info@manonnavarro.nl if this is the case.
Postage and packaging
All orders are wrapped and packed securely to prevent the artwork being damaged in delivery.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the artwork. Shipping charges apply to all products that are likely not to be damaged during transport and will be added at check out based on delivery address.
Items sent within the EU are sent by DHL or POSTNL with tracking and insurance. Someone will need to sign for your parcel. During the current Covid-19 situation there may be some delay in delivery.
Original artwork sent to the rest of the world, outside EU will be sent any secure delivery service you prefer. I’ll contact you personally with estimated delivery dates and the service being used.
Delivery Times
During the current Covid-19 situation there may be some delay in delivery. I will make sure to ship, when the artwork and frame are in stock, within 3-5 working days, unless we agreed otherwise confirmed by email. In that case I will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
International Customs Charges
If you are outside the EU, you may be charged taxes and duties when your parcel arrives in the country. This is your responsibility to pay. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find out more.
Returns
I would really like you to be happy with my artwork, but if for some reason you’re not, you have the possibility of dissolving the contract, without giving reasons, during fourteen days. This period commences on the day after the artwork was received by you. During this period you will treat the product and its packaging with care. Please, only unpack or use the artwork as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain it.
Do you want to return the purchased artwork within 14 days after receipt of the order? Please send an email to info@manonnavarro.nl. You will receive an email with instructions for returning it. The costs of returning the work(s) are for your own account.
A returned artwork will only be considered if it is undamaged, complete with all associated components, and – as far as this is reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging. It is therefore wise to keep the original packing box, so that you can use it again.
When I have received the artwork you will receive a confirmation. Within two weeks I will refund the sum you paid for your purchase, shipping costs are excluded of the refund. If your purchase is shipped incorrectly or damaged during shipping, please contact me. I will make every effort to resolve the problem.
Unfortunately commissioned and/or custom framed pieces cannot be returned.
